The Evolution of the Strategy

Brought in to revolutionise the venue's digital presence, the core challenge lay in balancing a dynamic dual identity: a mid-week craft brewhouse that seamlessly flips into a high-energy weekend bar and food venue. With new beers constantly hitting the taps and changing kitchen hours, the business required a fast-paced, real-time promotional schedule that kept the local audience continuously informed without causing content fatigue.

Utilising a toolset of Procreate, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva, I structured a sustainable asset pipeline built entirely around the Hero, Hygiene, and Hub content methodology. Realising that the venue's true strength was its people, I shifted the content strategy away from static advertising to focus on authentic storytelling—positioning the venue as a vital community anchor and highlighting the local authority of head brewer and owner Nigel Graham. This tactical framework turned a high-frequency promotional workload into an engaging, community-led narrative.

In tandem with the digital pipeline, I designed the physical beer decals for their specialised beer offerings featured at their Dark Mofo Winter Feast stall, ensuring a cohesive brand experience from online engagement to on-the-ground event pouring.
